What Happens After the Call?

✅ A 50% deposit is required to hold your date

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract for review

✅ After that, you’re locked in and we go to work

Do you travel for events outside Nashville?

Yes. In addition to Nashville, we have bases in Las Vegas and Atlanta, and we travel nationally for events. Travel costs are added to the final invoice for reimbursement.

Most clients book 4-6 months out, but we’re able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Reach out as soon as you have a date and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

That depends on the scope of your event. Common deliverables include sizzle reels, long-form recap videos, full keynote recordings, short-form social edits, testimonial videos, event photography, and attendee headshots. Most clients combine several of these into a single package.
