Nash Creative House (“NCH”, “we”, “us”) is a photography, video and event production company. This policy explains what information we collect on nashcreativehouse.com and through our internal tools, and how we use it. Questions: hello@nashcreativehouse.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill out an inquiry or contact form, book a call, or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your event or project.
- Comments. If comments are enabled and you leave one, we store the name, email, website, IP address and browser details you submit, which helps us detect spam.
- Technical data and cookies. Like most websites, we and third-party services we use (such as Google) may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar usage data through cookies, to keep the site working, measure performance and understand how people find us.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, deliver our services, run and improve our website and marketing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, email, scheduling, e-signature and payment tools, and analytics or advertising platforms), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
YouTube API Services and Google user data
NCH uses an internal tool, “NCH Video Uploader”, that uses YouTube API Services to publish NCH’s own videos to NCH’s own YouTube channel. By using it, NCH is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What the tool accesses. With the authorization of the NCH channel owner’s Google account, it reads the specific video files NCH staff select in Google Drive (read-only access) and uploads them to the NCH YouTube channel, setting the title, description, tags, playlist, thumbnail and privacy status.
- What we store. Only a record of each upload (Drive file ID, YouTube video ID and link, title, privacy status and time) and the authorization token needed to keep the connection working. We do not collect, store or share viewer data, comments or analytics through this tool. Video files are streamed and are not kept on our servers.
- Sharing. We do not sell, transfer or share Google or YouTube user data with third parties, and we use it only to provide the upload function described here.
- Revoking access and deleting data. You can revoke NCH’s access to your Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To have stored upload records and tokens deleted, email hello@nashcreativehouse.com and we will delete them within 30 days. Access tokens are deleted when access is revoked.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and for business, tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Comments and their metadata are kept until removed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nashcreativehouse.com. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. See also our Terms of Service.
