What types of events do you cover?
Conferences, corporate meetings, brand activations, networking events, company retreats, awards nights, and more. If your organization is gathering people in a room, we can cover it.
Do you travel?
Yes. We’re based in Nashville and regularly work in Las Vegas, Orlando, Dallas, and Atlanta. We travel coast to coast. Travel is quoted per project when you fill out the form.
How fast do we get our photos?
Standard delivery is within 1 week of the event. We offer same-day delivery for select events when an on-site editor is added to the package. Ask about this when you inquire.
Can you handle large events?
Yes. We scale our team to your event size. For large conferences, we bring multiple photographers and videographers. Tell us your estimated headcount in the form and we’ll build accordingly.
Do you offer video as well?
Absolutely. Full keynote and session recording, recap sizzle reels, short-form social clips, and interview-style testimonials are all available as add-ons. Most clients bundle photo and video together.
How far out do we need to book?
Most clients lock us in 3 to 6 months ahead. We do take last-minute requests when the schedule allows. Reach out and we’ll tell you if we’re available.
What do you need from us before the event?
A run-of-show or event schedule, a contact on your team day-of, and a quick pre-event call to align on must-have shots. We handle everything else.
