Space Requirements
- Minimum 10×10 ft per station (we can work with tighter spaces when needed)
- 1 standard power outlet per station
- Ceiling height: 10 ft minimum
Placement Recommendations
- High-traffic area works best – near registration, the main entrance, or a networking lounge
- Away from direct sunlight or open windows (interferes with lighting)
- Visible signage placement helps drive walk-up traffic throughout the event
Internet Access
A reliable WiFi connection is helpful for on-site image delivery and attendee registration.
Staffing & Coordination
- We bring all photographers and equipment
- A single point of contact on your side is preferred
- Optional: If you have staff available for queue management, that helps move people through faster, but it’s not required

How many people can you shoot per hour?
Most attendees are done in under 3 minutes, which puts us at 20-30 per hour per station. For larger events, we run multiple simultaneous stations.
What's included in the package?
Everything. Lighting, backdrop, photographer, culling, retouching, and delivery via private gallery. Attendees show up. That’s all they have to do.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Most clients lock us in 3-6 months out. We do accommodate last-minute requests when the schedule allows, reach out and we’ll tell you if we’re available.
Do you travel?
Yes. Based in Nashville. Regularly work Las Vegas, Orlando, Dallas, Atlanta, and coast to coast. Travel is quoted per project.
How fast do attendees get their photos?
Standard delivery is within 1 week of the event. Need same-day? We can add an on-site editor to make it happen.
Can you brand the experience for our event or sponsors?
Yes. Branded backdrops, logo overlays on the gallery, custom delivery experience. Ask about full branded headshot lounge setups.
What retouching is included?
Skin retouching, exposure and color correction, background cleanup. What gets delivered is ready to go. No additional editing needed.
What if we have 500 attendees?
We staff a photographer and full equipment at every station. Tell us your estimated headcount when you request a quote and we’ll build a setup that handles your volume.
