Space Requirements

  • Minimum 10×10 ft per station (we can work with tighter spaces when needed)
  • 1 standard power outlet per station
  • Ceiling height: 10 ft minimum
 

Placement Recommendations

  • High-traffic area works best – near registration, the main entrance, or a networking lounge
  • Away from direct sunlight or open windows (interferes with lighting)
  • Visible signage placement helps drive walk-up traffic throughout the event
 

Internet Access

A reliable WiFi connection is helpful for on-site image delivery and attendee registration.

 

Staffing & Coordination

  • We bring all photographers and equipment
  • A single point of contact on your side is preferred
  • Optional: If you have staff available for queue management, that helps move people through faster, but it’s not required

How many people can you shoot per hour?

Most attendees are done in under 3 minutes, which puts us at 20-30 per hour per station. For larger events, we run multiple simultaneous stations.

Most clients lock us in 3-6 months out. We do accommodate last-minute requests when the schedule allows, reach out and we’ll tell you if we’re available.
