Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as one “edit”?
Any video under 2 minutes counts as 1 edit. A video between 2–5 minutes counts as 2 edits, and a video between 5–10 minutes counts as 3 edits. So a 4-edit month could be four short social cuts, or one 5-minute recap plus two short cuts — whatever mix your content needs that month.
Do unused edits roll over to the next month?
No. Plans reset each month. If you know a bigger month is coming, you can add extra edits à la carte or upgrade your plan ahead of time.
Do you only edit footage from events you shoot?
No. Send us footage from any shoot — your own team’s footage, another vendor’s, or footage from an event we covered — and we’ll turn it into content.
What if I need more edits than my plan includes in a given month?
You can add extra edits à la carte for that month, or upgrade to a higher tier at any time. There’s no penalty for scaling up or down as your content needs change.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. We also offer 10% off with quarterly billing and 15% off with annual billing if you want to lock in a lower rate.
What’s the difference between the monthly plans and Single Edit?
Single Edit is a one-time, pay-per-video option starting at $450 — good for a single project with no ongoing commitment. The monthly plans are ongoing: a dedicated editor turns your footage into content every month on a predictable schedule, so you’re never starting from scratch and never re-booking a project each time you need something edited.
How fast will I get my first draft?
Turnaround depends on your plan: 3 business days on Recap, 2 business days on Momentum and Studio, 5 business days on Single Edit. Revisions are turned around just as fast.
