We run backup mics and a backup mixing path on every show, so one piece of gear failing doesn’t take your session down.
How do you keep wireless mics from cutting out in a room with heavy RF traffic?
We scan and coordinate frequencies on-site before doors open, so your mics stay clean even in venues with a lot of competing wireless traffic.
Will remote and livestream attendees hear the same quality as the room?
Yes. We mix a separate, level-matched feed built specifically for your stream and recording, so remote viewers get a real broadcast mix, not a thin room mic.
How far in advance should we book audio for our conference?
As soon as your date is confirmed, especially for multi-day conferences. If your timeline is tight, reach out anyway and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s workable.
Do you bring your own equipment, or do we need a separate rental?
We bring our own wireless mics, mixing consoles, and PA/reinforcement gear sized to your room, so you’re not coordinating a separate rental vendor.
What’s the difference between on-site audio engineering and just renting equipment?
Rental hands you the gear. Our engineers run it live, mixing levels and managing mics in real time, so nothing falls on your event staff mid-show.
Do you work in hotel ballrooms and convention centers, or just certain venue types?
Both. Our systems are sized and tuned to the room, whether that’s a downtown hotel ballroom or a full convention center general session hall.
